Lo hablaba el otro día con una amiga, que el hecho de cuidar lo que comes (tanto el qué como de dónde procede) influye en tu organismo de una manera que a veces no damos importancia. Desterrar el pan, para mí es un poco radical, y en yacimientos de este periodo se han encontrado cereales molidos, con los que seguramente elaboraban ya pastas que comían en forma de tortas. Actualmente algunos pueblos tienen una dieta semejante a la de nuestros antecesores y comen tortas de cereales molidos,lo que no creo que coman son algo elaborado con levaduras, eso ya no lo tengo claro, aunque si beben bebidas fermentadas, con lo que me da que pensar. Estoy de acuerdo con los lacteos, ya no deberíamos tomarlos, por eso la intolerancia a la lactosa es algo tan extendido. También estoy de acuerdo en que el ejercicio es bueno para nuestro cuerpo, ya que está diseñado para moverse. Yo cre...</title><content type='html'>Ante todo gracias por mencionar mi entrada.&lt;br /&gt;Yo creo que las cosas se deben dar en su justa medida. A ver hace no tanto, las noticias no se conocían o tardaban en conocerse, semanas, incluso meses. En ese sentido, yo no quiero estar desinformada. Pero hemos viajado hasta el punto opuesto a este. Ahora estamos sobre informados. No quiero entrar en si las noticias son verdaderas o falsas, lo que quiero decir, es que es un bombardeo angustiante y paralizador que tiene amedrentada a la sociedad. Que no te puedes proteger, porque llega por todos los sitios, y nosotros mismo ejercemos un  efecto multiplicador repartiendo a su vez toda la información recibida.&lt;br /&gt;Quizá el camino sea tener claro nuestro nivel de recepción, y seleccionar aquello que verdaderamente nos interesa de aquello que nos amedrenta. Quería decir, que está muy bien la entrada, pero que ahora mismo yo estoy en una época algo convulsa, interiormente hablando, y quiero que siga así, sin que nada me influya, luego, seguiré los consejos que me gusten y de antemano, te agradezco el haberlos puesto. Pero muy, muy bien expuesto y muy útil porque no sabíamos muy bien que eran los antioxidantes y mucho menos que también se oxidaban, je,je. Además que los has detallado para ver donde actúan. Yo soy partidaria de aumentar el consumo de alimentos de temporada, y cultivo ecológico, tiene un aporte mayor de nutrientes (corrigemé si estoy equivocada) son más sanos y sí, son más caros, pero pienso que así tampoco habria que comprar &amp;quot;vitaminas&amp;quot; a parte de ellos.
